STRUCTURAL ENGINEER
Serkan works alongside our Head Engineer, Balamir Bey, preparing the structural drawings and overseeing the day-to-day management of our construction teams. From engineering plans through to on-site execution, he helps ensure every stage of the build is carried out efficiently, accurately and to the high standards expected of Lewis Developments.

ACCOUNTS / ADMINISTRATION
Alison is responsible for the day-to-day accounts and administrative operations at Lewis Developments, ensuring every aspect of the business runs efficiently behind the scenes. From client documentation and financial administration to supplier coordination and office management, she helps keep each project organised and on track.
TUĞÇE ESKIMUHTAROGLU
ARCHITECT
Tuğçe is responsible for the architectural design, technical drawings and planning documentation for our developments. She manages building permits, construction files and statutory approvals, working closely with our engineering and construction teams to ensure every project progresses efficiently from concept through to construction.
ABDUR RAHMAN
OPERATIONS CO-ORDINATOR
Abdur oversees the day-to-day coordination of our construction sites, working closely with our construction and engineering teams to keep every project running smoothly. As each home nears completion, he manages the final finishing works, quality inspections and handover process, ensuring every detail is completed before clients receive the keys.
HASAN SALIN
SITE FOREMAN
Hasan works closely with our Head Engineer, Balamir Bey, overseeing all on-site construction and coordinating our teams throughout every stage of the build. His extensive construction knowledge, leadership and attention to detail ensure work is carried out efficiently, safely and to the exacting standards expected of Lewis Developments.
